Appointments & Cancellations
Infrafit appointments are booked by request and incur a non-refundable consultation charge of AED 367.5 to secure your appointment time. This will be credited against treatment If you need to change or cancel, we ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your slot. Noshows or not giving proper notice of cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of AED 367.5. An advance security deposit of AED 525 is necessary for consultations with our visiting plastic surgeon. Payment can be made through the secure payment link sent by the clinic.
Scheduling
We highly recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred slot, as appointments fill up quickly. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability, but consultations and treatments cannot be guaranteed without prior booking.
Refund Policy
Infrafit upholds a strict no-refund policy for consultations and treatments, as comprehensive information about each procedure is provided before proceeding.
Payments
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. A 3.95% surcharge will be added for American Express transactions. Cheques from individuals or companies are not accepted. Full payment is to be made at the end of each session. We also provide installment facilities for some of our treatment packages with a limit of two installments.
Insurance
Infrafit is not direct-billing with insurance companies, but we will make available the necessary paperwork for you to be reimbursed on request.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of treatment need to be given 24 hours prior. If you fail to confirm your appointment, it shall automatically be canceled.
Results Disclaimer
Infrafit does not promise certain results of treatment because results are contingent on many things, such as individual healing rates and hormonal states. We strongly recommend taking a complete medical history to your practitioner for the best treatment planning.
Identification
For medical records, a copy of a valid ID is necessary as per UAE regulation requirements.
Confidentiality
Client information belongs to Infrafit and is held at the highest degree of confidentiality. Your personal information is not distributed to third parties. You will receive monthly newsletters and special discounts at your registered mobile number and email. To unsubscribe, kindly inform our management.
Complaints & Feedback
We seek to excel in service. Should you have an issue, you may email us at infrafithr@gmail.com We respond to complaints within two business days and resolve the matter within seven days. Your comments are important to us, and we invite you to post your experience on our website.
Consent & Patient Rights
Consent in writing must be provided prior to treatment. You can withdraw consent whenever you wish, which can impact the continuity of prescribed treatments. You have the right to opt out of direct marketing too.

Patient Responsibilities
– Punctuality: More than 15 minutes’ lateness could result in cancellation of the appointment.

– Informed Consent: Ask questions if any are required prior to treatment.
– Payment Compliance: Make payments on time in accepted forms.
Childcare Policy
Due to safety considerations, we ask that children not be brought to appointments unless accompanied by another adult. Children are not allowed in treatment rooms.
Before & After Photographs
For tracking progress, a photograph is taken at each appointment. These are kept confidential and will not be made public unless we have written permission from the patient.
Privacy Policy
Infrafit is dedicated to protecting and respecting your personal information in line with UAE Data Protection Guidelines.
CCTV & Security
Public spaces have CCTV monitoring to secure the safety of our clients, employees, and premises. There are no cameras in treatment rooms, and audio is not recorded. CCTV images are stored for two weeks and can be disclosed for purposes of law and security.
Pricing Policy
Prices quoted on our website, brochures, and in media publications are indicative and are subject to verification at time of consultation. Prices may change without notice.
Skin Care Products
We do not accept returns or refund purchased skincare products for hygiene reasons.
Health & Safety Compliance
Infrafit maintains Dubai Health Authority (DHA) sterilization and sanitization guidelines. All employees are also fully vaccinated and follow strict PPE and social distancing procedures.
Language Accessibility
We provide services in English, Arabic, and Urdu/Hindi. If you need help in another language, please make arrangements for an interpreter.
Electronic Health Records
Infrafit adheres to DHA-regulated electronic medical records policy via the NABIDH & Malafi systems, allowing for secure and efficient exchange of health information. Treatment consents are done via electronic signatures.
